We’re looking for a Motion Designer to create high-converting video ads for social media.
If crafting game-changing marketing videos is your thing — we’d love to invite you to join our team and create amazing results together!
Zeely AI is an all-in-one AI-powered marketing platform that helps small businesses and marketing teams grow and achieve their business goals.
The platform enables users to create high-quality ad creatives, UGC videos, viral content, banners, and more, as well as launch effective paid and organic campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
In simple terms: we’ve made the world’s best AI marketing tools accessible to everyone — tools that were previously available only to large brands with expensive marketing teams.
Numbers that speak louder than words:
4 years on the market = a stable, profitable company backed by top-tier international investors
4× growth over the past year
1,000,000+ businesses already use Zeely, and the number is growing rapidly every day
Top 3 in its category in the U.S. market
160+ team members
Markets: U.S. + worldwide
We are not a startup searching for product-market fit — we are scaling what already works. And that comes with a different kind of challenge.
What you’ll need to join us:
2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer
Proficiency in After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop
A portfolio that clearly reflects your skills and creative style
Ability to follow briefs while contributing your own ideas
Strong grasp of composition, editing techniques, rhythm, and color
Nice to have:
Familiarity with AI tools (AI speakers, AI voiceovers, MidJourney, etc.)
What you’ll be doing:
Editing UGC-style creatives
Crafting hook-driven cuts for ads
Creating new video concepts and bringing existing ones to life
Collaborating closely with the creative team
Participating in brainstorms and ideating new content directions
Testing new tools, effects, plugins, and building project templates to speed up workflows
Why it’s exciting to work with us:
