Scale the Core: Architect and evolve our next-generation platform channels, balancing new feature delivery with long-term system stability.

Drive Architecture: Lead service and component design through our collaborative Request for Comments (RFC) process.

True Ownership: Live the "you build it, you run it" ethos—owning everything from local code and containerization to CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring.

What You’ll Bring

Track Record: 5+ years building high-performance, client-facing web applications.

Backend Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and secure RESTful APIs.

Frontend Proficiency: Mastery of TypeScript, React, Jest, and Storybook. (Experience with Micro-Frontends is a massive bonus).

DevOps & Cloud: Comfort with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
