Remote US

Senior Provider Partnerships Manager.

FULL TIMEREMOTELEADSALES & MARKETING$84.4K–166.5K/YR

The Opportunity

Join Hinge Health at a pivotal moment as we build a new strategic growth channel focused on healthcare provider partnerships. As Senior Manager, Provider Partnerships, you will create the strategy and operating model that enables providers to seamlessly refer patients to Hinge Health from within their existing clinical workflows.

You will serve as an entrepreneurial, commercially minded builder responsible for developing relationships with leading health systems, integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, physician organizations, EMR vendors, and healthcare integration partners. This is a highly autonomous opportunity to build from zero to one, shape company strategy, and expand access to evidence-based musculoskeletal care.

What You’ll Accomplish

In your first 3 months

  • Establish the provider partnerships strategy, market priorities, target partner profile, and operating rhythm.

  • Build a qualified pipeline across health systems, provider organizations, EMR vendors, interoperability platforms, and referral workflow partners.

  • Develop trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, Legal, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation.

In your first 6 months

  • Develop and advance executive-level relationships with health system leaders, CMIOs, CIOs, service line leaders, and digital health teams.

  • Structure, negotiate, and close initial strategic partnership agreements, including clear commercial models and pilot plans.

  • Launch and manage strategic provider referral pilots, with success metrics, measurement plans, and cross-functional ownership in place.

In your first year

  • Demonstrate measurable growth in provider referrals originating from within health systems and partner workflows.

  • Translate pilot learnings into repeatable partnership offerings, playbooks, and scalable operating processes.

  • Establish the long-term strategy for scaling Provider Partnerships, including the ecosystem, metrics, forecasting approach, and path to sustainable growth.

Who You Are

  • A strategic builder who is energized by ambiguity, can move between long-term vision and hands-on execution, and enjoys creating new businesses from the ground up.

  • An owner who takes accountability for outcomes, makes thoughtful tradeoffs, and moves complex work forward with urgency and sound judgment.

  • An effective communicator who can earn trust, create clarity, and influence senior internal and external stakeholders without relying on formal authority.

  • A learn-it-all who uses data, partner feedback, and market insight to test assumptions, improve the strategy, and make better decisions quickly.

  • A hands-on leader who can set a clear vision, navigate complex organizations, remove barriers, and bring diverse cross-functional teams together around shared goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, healthcare technology, or a related field.

  • Experience developing and executing commercial strategies or partnership programs, including negotiating complex enterprise agreements.

  • Experience working with healthcare providers, health systems, EMRs, interoperability, digital health, or related healthcare ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building a new business, market, or partnership function from zero to one.

  • Experience with healthcare integration technologies, referral workflows, interoperability platforms, or EMR ecosystems.

  • A track record of developing executive-level relationships with health system or provider leadership.

  • Experience designing, launching, measuring, and scaling strategic pilots.

  • Experience creating repeatable commercial models, operating processes, and playbooks for a new growth channel.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence product direction based on partner and customer insights.

  • Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, Legal, Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams.
