About the role
New York, US Remote, or Global Remote
We’re always excited to connect with exceptional talented people who are passionate about crypto and believe they can contribute to the future of Injective.
This is a general application for candidates who may not see an open role that perfectly matches their background, but feel strongly aligned with our mission, culture, and pace.
We’re open to different profiles, whether your background is in engineering product, operations, research, people, or something else entirely, we'd love to hear how you think you could contribute.
Injective is great for people who:
Thrive in fast-paced environments
Enjoy high ownership and autonomy
Are comfortable operating in highly technical teams
Adapt quickly as priorities evolve
Proactively identify problems and drive solutions forward
Have strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Are genuinely passionate about crypto, DeFi, and emerging technologies
If that sounds like you, we encourage you to create your own role and tell us where you think you can make the biggest impact.
