Mavericks Wanted

When was the last time you achieved the impossible? If that thought feels overwhelming, you might want to pause here, but if it sparks excitement...read on

In 2015, we pioneered a “moneyball for biotech” approach, pooling projects and promising early-stage research from academia together under one financial umbrella to reduce risk and unleash innovation. This model allows science and small teams of experts to lead the way. We build bridges to groundbreaking advancements in rare disease, and develop life-changing medicines for patients with unmet needs as fast as humanly possible.

Together we define white space, push boundaries, and empower people to solve problems. If you're someone who defies convention, join us and work alongside some of the most respected minds in the industry. Together, we'll ask "why not?" and help reengineer the future of biopharma. At BridgeBio, we value curiosity and experimentation—including the ethical & thoughtful use of AI to improve clarity, speed, and quality of work.

What You’ll Do

You will report to the Senior Director Commercial Excellence, International and work closely with country teams, International commercial functions, IT, and Corporate Communications to drive strategic initiatives that support BridgeBio’s mission of delivering transformative medicines to patients with genetic diseases and genetically driven cancers. Your primary purpose will be to build and own the International omnichannel customer engagement strategy, including digital and social activities across International markets. This role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution and impact. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in omnichannel and digital customer engagement with strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the International digital channel landscape, including disease-awareness websites, HCP portals, email and marketing automation, and paid and organic social media, setting the website strategy, content roadmap, and social media governance
  • Set content operations standards, including modular content requirements and localization guardrails, and own the omnichannel requirements for the CRM and digital tech infrastructure in partnership with CommEx and IT
  • Own the International omnichannel measurement plan, defining KPIs and generating actionable insights from campaign, channel, and CRM data, and champion innovative approaches to customer engagement, including AI and large language model applications, piloting new tools in a compliant and measurable way
  • Direct and quality-check the delivery of pilot campaigns and ecosystem-build work against the channel plan and standards, and manage digital agencies and technology vendors supporting omnichannel delivery

Where You’ll Work

This is an office-based role in our Zug, Switzerland office, requiring in-office collaboration 2-3x per week, with additional travel of up to 20% across International markets to support country teams, congresses, and launch readiness.

Who You Are

  • BA or BS in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree/certification preferred
  • 8-10+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry, including experience in omnichannel, digital, or customer engagement roles, supporting product launches (specialty or rare disease strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing omnichannel customer engagement strategies across multiple markets
  • Hands-on experience with digital channels and platforms, including websites, email and marketing automation, and social media, together with CRM
