  • Design and deliver change management, training, and organizational development initiatives that drive sustainable adoption and capability building.

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistent value delivery.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of management consulting or equivalent experience in leading strategic or transformation initiatives.

  • Proven success delivering measurable results in one or more of the following areas:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required for data analysis, visualization, and executive-ready presentations; experience with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.

  • Strong project management and workstream leadership experience, including expertise in Agile and Lean methodologies and proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

  • Flexibility to support client engagements on-site up to three days per week, typically within the San Diego region.
