Ambrosia Energy is on a mission to make solar + battery systems the fastest-to-deploy and most cost-effective energy source in the US and beyond. As global energy demand surges—driven by the rapid rise of data centers, electric vehicles, and future in-home robotics—the world stands at a critical energy inflection point. To meet this challenge, we need innovative, scalable power sources. Our engineering-led team, with expertise in designing and deploying satellite constellations (Swarm, Starlink Mobile), is now focused on energy on Earth. We're developing affordable, clean energy solutions with new battery storage systems. United by strong team camaraderie, we prioritize speed, rapid iteration, vertical integration, and a test-like-you-fly approach. We're committed to making an impact on the future of energy.
If you're exceptional at something, and you think that something could meaningfully accelerate a fast-growing clean energy company, we want to hear from you. We're a small, technical, high-ownership team building utility-scale solar and battery storage projects for the AI era. Our work spans project development, land acquisition, permitting, engineering, construction, finance, and commercial sales. There are gaps we haven't named yet, problems we haven't fully defined, and opportunities we haven't spotted. If you see one of those and think you're the person to own it, reach out.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
We don't have a checklist for this one. But the people who tend to thrive here share a few things:
They've built something, fixed something, or figured something out that others said was too hard or too ambiguous.
They take ownership instinctively, they don't wait to be told what the problem is.
They're unusually good at something specific, and they know how to use it as a superpower.
They're energized by early-stage environments where the path isn't paved.
They care about what we're building, not just the opportunity, but the mission.
Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.
