What You Have

    • 8–10+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government setting.
    • Active paralegal certification or degree (e.g., ABA‑approved paralegal certificate, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, or equivalent).
    • Demonstrated experience supporting legal work in a defense, aerospace, government, or government‑adjacent environment.
    • Strong understanding of government contracting processes, FAR/DFARS, procurement workflows, and compliance obligations.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
    • Exacting attention to detail, impeccable judgment, and strong writing and communication skills.
    • Experience interacting with senior executives, technical teams, and external counsel.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment and operate independently.

What Will Set You Apart

    • Experience with aerospace or defense contractors, federal programs, or regulated technology companies.
    • Familiarity with CUI handling, cybersecurity frameworks, and export control requirements.
