Role Summary and Impact

The Trading Executive supports the Trading manager in the day-to-day management of media activities and to produce a cohesive media plan based on the client brief, including communications goals and brings together different disciplines for integration across multiple media channels. The Trading Executive should be an excellent communicator – a person with strong methodical and negotiation skills who is able to identify potential obstacles and opportunities and thrives for a positive outcome as well as a whizz at excel.

• Support for Trading Managers such as managing deal spends, reporting, presentation implementation and excel management.
• Allocate and book campaigns after receiving approval from the clients.
• Track delivery versus deals.
• Day-to-day communication with media team, finance team and suppliers.
• Monitor and update reports for the campaigns.
• Work closely with the business process team to ensure auditing process runs smoothly.
• Build knowledge of the market through regular communications.
