At S. Conley Sales, you’ll do more than sell equipment—you’ll help customers solve real HVAC challenges while owning projects from bid to completion. This is a high-impact role with autonomy, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to build relationships across the region.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage HVAC projects from quote to close
- Build relationships with engineers, contractors, and owners
- Develop system selections, bids, and technical solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects moving
- Help customers make informed equipment and design decisions
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and applications
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Mechanical Engineering or related field)
