Job Summary
Loenbro is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Learning Technology & Analytics Specialist to join our Learning and Development team at Loenbro University. This role is responsible for managing the systems that power how our organization learns, and the data that tells us whether it’s working. The Specialist will serve as the primary administrator for our learning technology platforms, including our LMS, content authoring tools, and related systems, while also owning the dashboards, reports, and analytics that enable L&D leadership to make informed decisions. This is a cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of technology, data, and people development.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary administrator for the organization’s LMS (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Docebo), managing user access, course catalogues, configurations, and platform integrations.
  • Manage and support the full suite of learning tools, including content authoring platforms, and digital adoption tools.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to coordinate system upgrades, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure platform reliability and data integrity.
  • Maintain and update the Learning & Development intranet page on SharePoint, ensuring content is current, organized, and accessible to all employees.
  • Evaluate emerging learning tools and technologies and make recommendations that support departmental growth and capability.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for learner and facilitator technology questions and troubleshooting.

Reporting & Analytics
Learning Technology & Analytics Specialist

  • Own the design, build, and ongoing maintenance of L&D dashboards and reports used by department leadership and HR business partners.
  • Extract, clean, and synthesize learning data from multiple platforms into clear, actionable insights.
  • Establish and track key L&D metrics including completion rates, engagement, assessment scores, program ROI, and time-to-competency.
  • Partner with BI or analytics teams to connect learning data to broader workforce and business metrics.
  • Develop and manage recurring reporting cadences to support L&D strategy and decision-making.
  • General & Operational Support
  • Upload, organize, and maintain content within the LMS, ensuring accurate metadata, tagging, and compliance tracking.
  • Ensure data integrity across all learning platforms, including user records and completion data.
  • Support vendor management activities including renewals, contract reviews, and performance monitoring.
  • Contribute to broader L&D project work, bringing a systems and data perspective to program design and delivery efforts.
  • Ensure all learning programs and systems align with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience administering an enterprise LMS in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Strong data literacy—comfortable working with raw data exports, Excel/pivot tables, and translating numbers into narratives.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

Preferred

  • Advanced education with emphasis on, workforce development, instructional technology, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with xAPI or SCORM standards.
  • Experience integrating learning data with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP).
  • Exposure to learning measurement frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI).
  • Background in project coordination or vendor management.
  • Experience in a construction-related or similarly complex industrial environment.
