An Inside Sales Manager for Maxwell Power will be responsible for going into our new office in Salt Lake City and running a new team to sell products like solar systems, batteries or energy storage via phone, email, and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customized pipeline processes to identify all sales opportunities and qualify them for future sales forecasts.
- Define individual metrics closely tied to company objectives to ensure overall goals are met.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
- Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions.
- Train and Mentor sales team.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Close sales and achieve defined sale goals.
- Perform compelling online demos to prospects.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5+ years of inside sales, account management, and remote closing with proven track record of sales and team growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to explain technical financial concepts simply. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Drive: A self-motivated, resilient closer who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven remote team environment while supporting their team.
- Passion: A strong interest in environmental sustainability, high personal integrity, accountability, and eager
Compensation and Work Environment
- Full-time, W2 position
- Competitive base salary plus commission
- The position will be based in Utah and is required to go into our office in Salt Lake City.
- Uncapped PTO

Location & Work Authorization
