Talent Acquisition Specialist.

ON-SITEPEOPLE & OPS

Who We Are:

We are a premium-branding solutions company serving corporate and collegiate partners. We deliver high-impact, timely solutions that elevate brands and drive measurable impact. We are also a proudly in-office culture — not because we have to be, but because we believe the best work, the best ideas, and the best careers are built together, in person.

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support Club Colors' continued growth by creating consistent candidate flow and managing recruiting activity from sourcing and screening through accepted offer and new hire handoff. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring leaders, this role will proactively identify talent, build pipelines for recurring hiring needs, conduct phone screens, and keep searches moving forward.

This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who is proactive, results-driven, comfortable with recruiting technology, and able to manage multiple hiring priorities at once.

Our Culture:

At Club Colors, being in-office is a feature, not a policy. We believe that proximity fuels creativity, accelerates learning, and builds the kind of team energy that can’t be replicated on a screen. Our employees develop faster because they’re surrounded by experienced peers, engaged leaders, and a culture that invests in their growth every single day. When you walk through our doors, you’re not just showing up to work — you’re stepping into an environment deliberately designed to sharpen your skills, expand your perspective, and help you build a career you’re proud of.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates through job boards, resume databases, college recruiting channels, referrals, and other recruiting resources.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current, anticipated, and recurring hiring needs.
  • Review applications and Culture Index surveys against established position requirements.
  • Conduct candidate phone screens and provide recommendations on candidate progression.
  • Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, and follow-up throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers through regular pipeline reviews to evaluate candidate flow, identify gaps, and keep searches moving.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Track and provide visibility into key recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, time to fill, candidate conversion, and offer acceptance.
  • Initiate and track background checks, assist with offer preparation, and coordinate new hire handoff.
  • Support college recruiting, career fairs, and other talent outreach initiatives.
  • Leverage recruiting technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing, candidate management, and recruiting efficiency.
  • Support ongoing Talent Acquisition projects and process improvements.

What We Require:

  • 1–3 years of recruiting, Talent Acquisition, staffing, sourcing, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience proactively sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions, candidate pipelines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging candidates and hiring leaders.
  • Ability to evaluate candidates against established position requirements and recruiting criteria.
  • Comfort using recruiting technology, sourcing platforms, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, Indeed, LinkedIn, or other recruiting technology preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Consistent qualified candidate flow is generated for open and recurring positions.
  • Candidate pipelines remain active, healthy, and aligned with hiring needs.
  • Hiring managers have clear visibility into pipeline activity, candidate status, and next steps.
  • Searches continue moving forward through proactive sourcing, screening, and follow-up.
  • Recruiting metrics such as time to fill, candidate conversion, and offer acceptance are tracked and used to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Candidates receive timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Recruiting technology and tools are effectively used to improve efficiency and candidate flow.

Club Colors Perks:
