Job Description

Olsson offers clients a full spectrum of water and wastewater services, including a complete line of planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services. Maintaining water quality is Olsson’s number one concern, and we are able to respond to a broad set of client demands in a timely and cost-effective manner.

The Nebraska Water/Wastewater Leader will be responsible for the overall performance, leadership, and management of the water/wastewater staff they supervise. This includes collaborating with the market, sector, discipline, and geography leads on short and long-term strategic planning, annual business planning, on-going business development and client development, team member recruiting and retention, team member professional development, consistently meeting company high-performance expectations for utilization and financial performance, and overall project production/quality.
