What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with assigned People Leaders to understand business priorities
- Support HRBPs in delivering people strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide guidance on routine employee and leadership matters, escalating complex issues as needed
- Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning activities
- Coach managers on employee development, engagement, and performance practices
- Reinforce consistent leadership practices and company values
- Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture
- Assist leaders through organizational change by reinforcing communication and change plans
- Use workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and support business discussions
- Partner with HRIS, Shared Services, and COEs to leverage people insights
- Partner with Shared Services and COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Guide leaders to the appropriate HR resources while focusing on strategic consulting rather than transactional support
What You Bring
- Hands-on progressive HR experience
- Foundational knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment practices
- Experience partnering with managers in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Business curiosity and developing consulting capability
- Analytical thinking and sound judgment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence through collaboration
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferred
