Radiant

Senior Field Product Engineer.

FULL TIMESENIOR LEVELENGINEERING

About our team:

Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built.

We design and operate AI-native infrastructure platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale — powering GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems for the most demanding environments. We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure from powered land, to compute, to software.

As we scale our operations and deploy capital into the next generation of AI infrastructure, we are looking to expand our finance team with leaders who can combine technical strength with execution excellence and are driven to build.

Radiant was established by Brookfield, a leading global alternative asset manager with over US$1 trillion of assets under management across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power and transition, private equity and credit. Brookfield's global relationships, investment expertise and access to long-term institutional capital provide Radiant with a differentiated platform from which to develop, finance and operate AI infrastructure assets. This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally.

Job Summary:

As a Field Product Engineer, you will work directly with customers to help them adopt, integrate, and get value from Radiant’s cloud platform.

You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, solutions, and the customer, working hands-on across APIs, infrastructure, integrations, developer tooling, and production workloads.

This is a highly technical, customer-facing role focused on solving real problems in the field, accelerating deployments, and feeding product insight directly back into the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers on technical discovery, onboarding, integration, and deployment.

  • Build prototypes, integrations, tooling, and reference implementations to unblock customer use cases.

  • Translate customer requirements and field feedback into clear product and engineering priorities.

  • Support complex workloads across compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, identity, and platform services.

  • Investigate and resolve technical friction across APIs, SDKs, automation, and infrastructure.

  • Partner with product and engineering on product gaps, usability issues, and new platform capabilities.

  • Create reusable solutions, documentation, examples, and best practices from customer engagements.

  • Support proofs of concept, technical evaluations, and early deployments.

  • Help ensure successful customer outcomes while avoiding one-off solutions that do not scale.

Qualifications:

  • Strong software or infrastructure engineering experience, ideally in cloud, platform engineering, developer tooling, or distributed systems.

  • Comfortable working directly with technical customers in high-trust environments.

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Cloud infrastructure: compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, containers

    • Developer tooling: APIs, SDKs, CLIs, automation

    • Platform engineering: provisioning, IAM, observability, reliability

    • Distributed systems: failure handling, retries, queues, scaling

  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across application and infrastructure layers.

  • Comfortable moving from an ambiguous customer problem to a working technical solution quickly.

  • Able to identify what should become product, what should remain integration work, and what should not be built.

  • Strong communication skills and able to work effectively across customers, product, and engineering.

What you bring:

  • Customer empathy: You understand what customers are trying to achieve, not just what they ask for.

  • Builder mindset: You solve problems with working software.

  • Product instinct: You turn recurring field problems into scalable product improvements.

  • Technical breadth: You can move comfortably across APIs, infrastructure, and application workflows.

  • Pragmatism: You know when to prototype, when to productionise, and when not to build.

  • Ownership: You stay close to the problem from discovery through deployment and adoption.

Our values:

  • Set the standard: Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up

  • Inspire the change: There’s no blueprint for the future. You’ll embrace challenges and change

  • You’re real and you’re true to yourself: We cherish and celebrate diversity so you’ll feel right at home whoever you are and whoever you’re talking to, you treat everyone the same.

Why should you join us?

What sets us apart is our blend of modern technology, competitive benefits, and an open, welcoming work culture that enables our people to thrive.

Here are just some of the great things you can expect from us:

  • 25 days of annual leave

  • A culture that emphasises results over hierarchy, process & ego: we place great emphasis on the quality, ingenuity and creativity of work.

  • Open communication, regular feedback: we value smooth collaboration, direct and actionable feedback, and believe that leading with empathy and a growth mindset makes us better together.

  • Learning Time: we all have dedicated learning time to focus on new skills, projects or interests that lay outside of your day-to-day job.

  • Health & Wellbeing: we want everyone to feel healthy and happy, so we offer private medical insurance via Bupa.

  • Cycle to Work Scheme: we're committed to building a sustainable business, so we encourage cycling to work.

  • Gympass subscription to a variety of gyms and wellbeing apps

  • Participation in the company shares program

  • Enhanced parental pay & leave
